1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgd9 ("bgd9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bgd9 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bgd9.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

bgd9 operates an online casino and sports betting service that provides Bangladeshi players with access to live dealer casino games, slot games, cricket and sports betting markets, and associated promotional offers. All services are provided subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing the bgd9 Platform from Bangladesh and from any other jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is permitted. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bgd9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. bgd9 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. This age restriction is enforced rigorously through KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification procedures.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
3. Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bgd9 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during registration and at any point when bgd9 requests updated information from you. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or immediate family member of any employee or officer of bgd9 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios. Persons in these categories are prohibited from participating in real-money games or promotions on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on the bgd9 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving verification messages. You will also be required to create a unique username and a secure password for your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgd9 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts. Before you are permitted to make withdrawals, and at bgd9's discretion at any other time, you will be required to provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age and residential address. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence for address verification. All documents must be clear, legible and unexpired. bgd9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Activation

Your account will be activated following successful verification of your email address or mobile number. Full account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, will only be unlocked following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bgd9 may apply temporary transaction limits to accounts with incomplete verification status.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bgd9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bgd9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your bgd9 account wherever possible.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications purporting to be from bgd9 that request your password or personal information. bgd9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• Notify bgd9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bgd9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and login sessions. Device recognition technology monitors for unrecognised login attempts and may trigger additional verification steps to protect your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bgd9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. bgd9 does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions conducted in BDT via local payment providers.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bgd9 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions, though bgd9 may apply limits to accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Deposits are generally credited to your bgd9 account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. bgd9 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bgd9 account. bgd9 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing period; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing times. bgd9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Bonus Balance and Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds derived from bonuses or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC and security checks.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bgd9 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry period. Players must read and understand these conditions before accepting a bonus.
• bgd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by a player.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation, matched betting on bonus funds across multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors to generate illegitimate bonus claims, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• bgd9 operates seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid special offers, BPL season promotions and Victory Day events. These promotions are available to all eligible registered players during the specified promotional periods.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on bgd9 is governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet. bgd9 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been offered in error, including those with manifestly incorrect odds.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on bgd9, including slots, live dealer table games, virtual games and speciality games, are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by human dealers in regulated studio environments. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game studios. bgd9 does not modify or override the RTP parameters of any game.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. Players participating in live dealer games are subject to both these Terms and the applicable rules of the specific game variant being played. bgd9 is not responsible for technical issues arising within the game provider's own studio infrastructure, though bgd9 will work with providers to resolve any disputes arising from technical malfunctions.

7.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the bgd9 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and market interface. bgd9 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and may apply specific limits to individual accounts at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgd9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under any false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing hole cards, coordinating bets or manipulating game outcomes in multi-player games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Abusing bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to eliminate risk while collecting bonus value.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgd9 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades or interferes with the normal operation of the bgd9 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

bgd9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all players. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bgd9 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, interface designs and databases, is the property of bgd9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the bgd9 Platform without the prior written consent of bgd9. Any unauthorised use of bgd9's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party game studios retain all intellectual property rights in the games they supply to bgd9. The bgd9 brand name, logo and associated marks are the exclusive property of bgd9 and may not be used in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bgd9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgd9 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgd9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bgd9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

12 Suspension & Termination

bgd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or promotion-specific rules.
• bgd9 reasonably suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct in connection with your use of the Platform.
• bgd9 is required to do so by law, court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• bgd9 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to you poses an unacceptable legal, financial, reputational or operational risk.

Upon termination of your account, all pending withdrawal requests that are not subject to any fraud investigation will be processed in the normal course. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, bgd9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending completion of an investigation, and to forfeit such balance if the investigation confirms a material breach.

You may close your bgd9 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and security checks.

13 Privacy & Data

bgd9 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and bgd9 and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on the bgd9 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bgd9 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All data transmitted between your device and the bgd9 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. 14 Amendments to These Terms

bgd9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where bgd9 makes a material change to these Terms, it will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or via an in-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the bgd9 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account. bgd9 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bgd9 operates a fair and transparent internal dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a dispute are encouraged to contact bgd9 support in the first instance, setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought.

bgd9 will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within five business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through bgd9's internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution body. bgd9 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly and transparently.
